Who is Aziz Qassim?
Welcome to my BLog.
I have created this page to introduce myself and to display some of my calligraphy work.
I am a 34-year-old Bahraini. I have been doing Arabic calligraphy since I was 5 years old. I had several teachers who taught me different aspects of calligraphy in different periods of my life.
I won the first prize of a contest in calligraphy among the schools in Bahrain in 1987 and 1988.
After graduation from high school, I worked in many different advertising agencies as a calligrpaher and artist. After mastering calligraphy, I then got envolved in Sales, Marketing, public Relations and Administration.
I have had different courses in many different fields. I love reading in many subjects.
Currently, I work as an Administrative Officer in one of the private schools in Bahrain. As I still do Arabic Calligraphy, I have the intention to get involved in this field again. I will display some of my prints on this blog for display.

those are artistic pieces.
hope you will become the number one in the world of arabic calligraphy.
Beautiful work as such would only come from a fully devoted person like yourself.
Have you ever tried English calligraphy?
Great work with potential for large artistic work on canvas.
ur work is amazng mashaAllah, i also do arabic calligrahy, but without any teacher, plz tell me wich paper is to b used for this purpose?as i use Velum but still i didn't get that specific effect..

Interesting! I have noticed that similar types of air crafts are being developed in the last couple of years! I wonder what this trend is all about.
